THE BOURNE STADIUM
THE HEART OF OUR CLUB
Sevenoaks Town FC has been based at Greatness Park since its establishment in 1883. The club transformed Greatness Park in the summer of 2017 with the installation of a state-of-the-art 3G pitch, which became known as The Bourne Stadium.

The Bourne Stadium serves as the club’s main ground, hosting all First Team fixtures, as well as training and matches for various teams across the club. Plans for a new clubhouse are underway, which will further enhance our vibrant community hub by providing a welcoming space for players, coaches, spectators, and families. This development will solidify The Bourne Stadium as the focal point of the club, bringing together youth players, adult players, and supporters in a shared love for the game.
FUTURE DEVELOPMENT
Current Development Overview
In December 2020, we submitted our planning application for a new clubhouse (application number 20/03804/FUL), with consultation closing on February 15, 2021. We invite everyone to share their thoughts on this application through the online commenting system, which is straightforward to use. While objections often receive more attention, supportive comments are equally important, especially if you’re connected to the club as a parent or supporter.

Key Highlights of the Proposal
Community Focus: Sevenoaks Town FC is a community club with 64 teams, including girls’ and ladies’ teams, disability teams, veterans, and numerous youth teams. A new clubhouse will significantly enhance our ability to serve all members.

Design and Integration
The proposed clubhouse features an architectural design that harmonises with the surrounding area, consolidating facilities under one roof for better accessibility.

Improved Facilities
The project includes an upgraded car park and landscaping to create a welcoming environment for visitors and enhance safety, reducing roadside parking on busy match days.

Open Space and Accessibility
The new building will occupy an unused plot, with clear walkways and additional green space, promoting a pleasant experience for all who visit Greatness Park.
